Delete Your Account
Effective date: August 19, 2026
You can delete your ClassPilot account and its associated data at any time — either in the app, or by sending us a request with no app installation required.
Option 1: Delete in the app
Open ClassPilot and go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
Email support@classpilotapp.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We process deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by reply once complete.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in. Every session is revoked and your password, if you set one, is destroyed. Your Apple and Google sign-in links are removed.
- Your contact details. The name, email address, and phone number held on your ClassPilot account are removed.
- Your studio connections. You are disconnected from every studio you were linked to.
What studios keep
Deleting your ClassPilot account does not delete a studio's own record of you. Each studio you have booked with keeps its own client record — the name and contact details it holds for you, your booking and attendance history with that studio, and any credits or class packs you bought from them.
This is deliberate. That record is the studio's business record: much of it was entered by the studio itself, and their register, bookkeeping, and class history depend on it. It is held under that studio's own privacy practices.
To have a studio erase its record of you, contact that studio directly. If you would like help identifying which studios hold a record, email us and we will tell you before your account is deleted.
What else may be retained
- Security and sign-in records are retained for a limited period — up to 12 months — then deleted automatically.
- Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes are retained for as long as the law requires.
Before you delete
Deleting your account does not cancel a booking you have already made, and it does not refund credits or class packs you hold with a studio. Cancel any upcoming bookings first, and settle anything outstanding with the studio, then delete.
