To get a useful answer on the first reply, include the email address on your account, the studio and class involved, and roughly when it happened. If something failed, what you saw on screen helps.

Common questions

I need a refund, or I was charged a late-cancel fee.

That is the studio’s decision, not ours. Payment for a class is arranged directly with the studio, and each studio sets its own cancellation window and fees. Contact the studio and they can resolve it.

My class was cancelled, or the instructor changed.

Studios manage their own schedules and can change a class at any time. Any credit or refund is theirs to issue. If the app is showing something different from what the studio says, tell us — that one is ours.

My sign-in code never arrived.

Check your spam folder first, and confirm you used the same address you signed up with. Codes expire after a few minutes, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. If it still does not arrive, email us with the address you are trying and we can see what happened to it.

It says my code is wrong.

Codes are single-use and short-lived. Using a code from an older email, or one you have already entered, will fail. Request a new one and use the most recent email.

I cannot find my studio.

Search by the studio’s name — that is the most reliable way. Studios choose whether to appear in the directory, so a studio you know may not be listed. Ask them for a join code and you can connect directly.

A studio has the wrong name or details for me.

Each studio keeps its own record of you, and edits it on their side. Ask the studio to correct it.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, Settings → Delete Account. Or email us. See the account deletion page for exactly what is and is not removed — in particular, studios keep their own records.
